These Terms govern your use of Shweep, which is developed and operated by Viktor Arsovski. NoAddedSugar, SkoolDev, and ViksaaSkool are internet and developer aliases used by Viktor Arsovski and are not separate legal entities. Shweep is published on Google Play under the developer name ViksaaSkool. When distributed through the Apple App Store, the seller name is Viktor Arsovski. In these Terms, ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refer to Viktor Arsovski.

These Terms apply to the Shweep Android app, the Shweep iOS app (each, the "App"), and the Shweep website at shweep.lol (the "Website"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sheep allowance and older versions

If your app version is lower than 2.0.0, the sheep allowance and the "Unlimited Sheep" and "Colorful Sheep" purchases do not apply to you. Versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.2 do not include these features, and users who remain on an older version keep that version's behavior. Users who update to version 2.0.0 receive the same free allowance as new users; earlier use does not grant any purchase.

You can find your installed app version in Settings → About. The terms for versions 1.0.0 and 1.0.2 are kept for reference.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. You should review these Terms periodically; the current version is always published on this page.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users who can enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction. If you are a minor, use the App only with approval from a parent or guardian where required by your jurisdiction.

3. App Purpose

Shweep is a general wellness and entertainment application. It provides a sheep-counting interaction intended to help you wind down. Shweep is not a medical device, is not a sleep detector, and does not measure clinical or biometric data.

4. Grayscale and Session History Estimates

During a counting session, the App may gradually reduce the color (saturation) of the scene based on your recent touch activity, swipe timing, and gesture quality. This grayscale effect is a visual behavior only. It does not determine whether you are asleep and does not use motion or biometric sensors.

Session history shows session information such as the date, start time, elapsed counting-session time, and number of sheep counted. "Wind-down time" and "sessions" are descriptive labels based on how long you used the App, not measured sleep duration or confirmed sleep onset. Session duration does not represent detected or medically measured sleep.

5. Sessions and Local Storage

A session begins when you select "Go to sleep" and ends when you exit or when the App determines the session has ended. If the App moves to the background for at least about 10 seconds, the session is recorded using the time the App entered the background. An interrupted session may be completed on the next launch.

Session records and preferences are stored locally on your device and may be included in platform backups or device transfers. In versions that include the sheep allowance, allowance data (a usage count and a timestamp recorded when you count the final free sheep) is also stored locally. Completed sessions are retained without automatic expiration, and there is currently no in-app control to delete session history. You can remove App data by clearing the App's storage (Android) or deleting the App.

6. Sheep Allowance

In version 2.0.0 and later, Shweep includes a free sheep allowance: you can count up to 35 sheep. The 24-hour countdown starts when you count the 35th free sheep, and the App shows a countdown to the reset. When the countdown ends, the free allowance resets to 35 sheep. The optional "Unlimited Sheep" purchase removes the allowance for the store account used to buy it, for as long as that purchase entitlement remains valid.

The free allowance is stored locally on your device and is not synchronized to a Shweep-operated server. Shweep does not operate a server for usage or cooldown data.

7. Purchases

Shweep offers two separate one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases. "Unlimited Sheep" removes the free sheep allowance while its entitlement remains active. "Colorful Sheep" unlocks rainbow sheep and does not change or remove the allowance. Buying or restoring one does not grant the other. Purchases are handled through the applicable store through which Shweep was obtained (Google Play or the Apple App Store) and are verified using RevenueCat. The price shown in the App before you confirm is the localized price for your store account. A purchase is tied to the store account used to buy it and can be restored on the same platform using the "Restore purchases" option. It does not transfer between platforms or store accounts.

Downloads, purchases, refunds, and payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the store through which Shweep was obtained. Google Play and the Apple App Store process their respective transactions under their own terms, and refunds are handled by the applicable store.

8. Health Disclaimer

The App is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or sleep disorder. The App is not a medical service. Content in the App, including the grayscale effect and Session history estimates, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not rely on Shweep for sleep diagnosis or medical decisions, and do not use it as an emergency service. If you have a sleep-related condition or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

9. Sharing and Third-Party Services

The App's Share feature prepares a generic Shweep invitation message with store links. You choose whether and where to share it through your device's native share interface. Destination applications control delivery and data handling. The App may also open external pages such as GitHub Pages, GitHub, Google Play, or the Apple App Store, as well as the NoAddedSugar website operated by Viktor Arsovski under that alias. These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their availability, security, or content.

The Website displays a "Built by NoAddedSugar" attribution that links to https://noaddedsugar.dev, a website operated by Viktor Arsovski under that alias.

11. Intellectual Property and Open Source

The App, including its design, graphics, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Viktor Arsovski or his licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Shweep branding and artwork are not licensed under the open-source license. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for attribution or to link to those services only. NoAddedSugar, SkoolDev, and ViksaaSkool are aliases used by Viktor Arsovski and are not separate owners.

Source code that is published under the MIT License remains governed by that license, and nothing in these Terms restricts rights granted under it.

12. Availability and Updates

Features may differ by platform and app version. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or Website at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the latest version will be published on this page with a revised date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Publishing revised Terms does not introduce the sheep allowance or the purchases into versions of the App that do not include them.

13. Warranty Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viktor Arsovski and Shweep contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of North Macedonia.
